Adjustable Sliding Bed
Layer Height
A significant advantage of the Blackout series is that it offers a practical tool that allows the sliding bearing elements to be easily replaced or adjusted. This feature ensures that the sliding roller operates properly in the long term, ensuring minimal stress is applied to the frame. In addition, the electrostatic coating and large bearing points contribute to maintaining the value of the silage compactor.
During the silage process, it is extremely important to ensure that each feed layer does not exceed approximately 30 cm in height. As the layer height increases, the compaction efficiency begins to decrease. BLACKOUT is specifically designed with a roll body to handle excessive loads and guarantees long-lasting performance.
Water Filling
Both the roller body and the frame can be easily filled with water through the filling screws. The two compartments inside the roller body prevent unwanted splashes during operation. The sturdy cap can also be filled with water to increase the total weight. This feature allows the weight of the silage roller to be optimized to suit different tractor sizes.
