Withered grass is a healthy and important feed source for your animals. Unlike its competitors, Calabria® can easily pick up withered grass from the ground, break it into pieces and shape it thanks to its extra fine chopping feature.
In Calabria®, specially shaped, improved rotor and flywheel blades were used based on flow analysis. Now it is very easy to make the chopping length according to the desired dimensions.
The row-independent silage machine, which is compatible with different tractors, offers the options of being connected to the front, back and side of the tractor; It offers full efficiency use with 540, 750 and 1000 rpm transmission options.
Patented Rotor System
While designing the patented rotor system in Calabria®, conventional systems were deviated from. The rotor system with specially designed blades mows the grass on the ground with minimum loss. The chopped grass is pre-chopped and transmitted to the flywheel before passing to the flywheel system.
Patented Flywheel System
Thanks to its widened blowing pallets and patented blade system, Calabria® has achieved a much finer chopping capacity compared to its competitors, with a faster blowing capacity.
Automatic Knife Sharpening
By using a cast body, the system is free from vibrations and perfect blade sharpening is achieved. The blade sharpening mechanism allows adjustment parallel to the chopper flywheel thanks to its special adjustment system. In this way, the entire sharp surface of the blade is sharpened.

Special Design Bearing
Calabria Plus uses Çelikel designed 20,000 series bearings. This bearing is adapted to the flywheel, rotor, shaft and helical bearings, providing maximum safety in vibrating work areas.
Independent Hydraulics
Calabria Plus offers a hydraulic system option that meets all users' needs with both tractor-dependent and tractor-independent hydraulic systems.
