In front of you is the first and only three-row silage machine in the sector that can operate with 110 hp. Çelikel® proves once again with its engineering talent that large machines can also operate efficiently with low power requirements.
In the Challenger 3®, the machine safety is ensured against undesirable situations with the power transmission system combined with belts and gear boxes .
Row-independent silage machine that adapts to different tractors; offers options to be connected to the front, back and side of the tractor; offers full efficiency use with 540, 750 and 1000 rpm transmission options.
Front Drum
The drum cuts the crops with its powerful knives, brings them to suitable sizes for the silage process and then transfers these cut pieces to the receiving unit or the next stage of the machine. This system increases the efficiency of the cutting process and ensures that the crops are cut correctly.
SuperBlow
360° Rotating Funnel
There are specially designed throwing paddles in the machine flywheel system. These paddles perform the sweeping process in the shredding chamber very well and quickly direct all the silage in the machine to the chimney. With the help of the Challenger®'s powerful blowing system, hydraulically controlled chimney and steerable hat, the silage can be loaded to the desired area of the trailer.
The chimney rotation direction, which is limited to 90° in its counterparts, has been increased to 360° in Challenger® thanks to the new clamp system.

Patented Flywheel
Challenger 3® offers its users different harvesting alternatives. This multi-purpose machine has the ability to harvest in two different ways: in front of the tractor and behind the tractor.
12 specially designed flywheel blades are made of high quality materials resistant to wear. This prevents the cost of frequent blade replacement.
