Automation
The Presstige C cotton baler produced by ÇELİKEL® & PRAUF® offers alternatives such as electricity, tractor or generator operation. Presstige C has a mobile and portable structure. Total electrical power requirement is 32.5 kW. It is suitable for operation in all areas with a tractor-back alternator or a 55 kW generator.
After the harvested bulk cotton is transferred to the loading bunker in bulk, it is pressed into a cylindrical form in the baling chamber and wrapped with stretch film to form bales. The machine can operate and bale both in a fixed position and mobile.
It offers low energy requirements thanks to the smart automation system. (It can operate with 78% less power consumption.)

Thanks to the special bale chamber, the bales are compressed to the maximum extent, providing 67% more transportation opportunity in logistics. (An average of 24 tons of product can be carried in a standard trailer)
