Flywheel Knife
12 specially designed flywheel blades are made of high quality materials resistant to wear. This prevents the cost of frequent blade replacement.
SuperBlow
The machine's flywheel system features specially designed throwing paddles. These paddles perform the sweeping process very effectively within the chopping chamber, quickly directing all the silage inside the machine to the chimney. The powerful blowing system of the Challenger®, along with the hydraulically controlled chimney and adjustable hood, enables the silage to be loaded onto the desired area of the trailer.
Intake System
Challenger® 1 single-row silage machine brings tall corn to a knee, minimizes product loss thanks to its row tracking system, and easily reaches the highest harvest efficiency thanks to its improved flywheel system.

Level Detection Tyre
Safety is a must for Çelikel®. The level detection tire, designed by Çelikel® Engineers to prevent the machine from coming into contact with the ground, minimizes the chance of foreign objects getting into the machine.
Knife Grinding System
This technique used by Çelikel® is the most effective and accurate grinding method in silage machines. The flange-connected grinding stone positioned on the bearings automatically performs the knife sharpening process while your machine is operating.
