Çelikel® manufactures by adopting the principle of not only making the product economical but also optionally bringing a high-class product to life. In this context, Challenger® is equipped with a fully hydraulic system.
One of the most important elements in corn silage is that the corn is cut and broken into pieces and the corn grains do not remain firm. Challenger® has the system and equipment to perform this process in the best way.
The transmissions on the machine take the power from the tractor PTO shaft according to the task they undertake and perform the machine's operation flawlessly. The power transmission from the transmissions is done with pulleys and belts and offers extra convenience to the user in many ways such as spare parts, maintenance and repair.
Front Drum
The drum cuts the crops with its powerful knives, brings them to suitable sizes for the silage process and then transfers these cut pieces to the receiving unit or the next stage of the machine. This system increases the efficiency of the cutting process and ensures that the crops are cut correctly.
SuperBlow
360° Revolving Chimney
There are specially designed throwing paddles in the machine flywheel system. These paddles perform the sweeping process in the shredding chamber very well and quickly direct all the silage in the machine to the chimney. With the help of the Challenger®'s powerful blowing system, hydraulically controlled chimney and steerable hat, the silage can be loaded to the desired area of the trailer.
The chimney rotation direction, which is limited to 90° in its counterparts, has been increased to 360° in Challenger® thanks to the new clamp system.
3 Different Working Directions
Unlike conventional and ordinary shaping methods, it offers different shaping alternatives to its users. It has the ability to harvest in three different ways: backwards, in front of the tractor and next to the tractor. Foldable chassis; It is easy to fold and open, practical and useful. Fixing the machine in the position taken according to the usage side is done with the help of only a pin, preventing loss of time and labor.
Patented Flywheel
12 specially designed flywheel blades are made of high quality materials resistant to wear. This prevents the cost of frequent blade replacement.
