Automation
The system is equipped with various safety mechanisms such as a "breaker cover closed" safety switch, magnets that catch metal fragments and emergency stop buttons.
Designed for farms with 100-600 dairy animals, the system prepares 12 tons of quality feed in an 8-hour shift, which meets the daily feed needs of 600 dairy animals.
It uses less electricity thanks to its fully automatic controlled PLC screen and software. It is easy to use with its touch screen.
Compact Design
The system is located in an area of only 8.5x13 meters with 6 raw material bunkers and other machines. This minimizes construction and roof costs.
Bunkers are arranged in a semicircle, providing space optimization and enabling easier loading with minimum labor and fuel.
Compact Design
The Galactica feed preparation system operates on just 21kW of power and consumes an average of 7.45kWh of energy to produce 1 tonne of feed. This helps to reduce production costs, especially in the face of rising energy prices.
Raw Material Flexibility
The system offers flexibility with the ability to process a variety of feedstocks including corn, wheat, barley and soy.
